14-Day Refund Window
If you experience a problem with your campaign within the first 14 days after purchase, you are eligible to request a refund or a resolution. We take every campaign seriously and will work with you to find a fair solution.
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 14 days of your purchase via:

Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
What We Cover
- Campaign not started within a reasonable timeframe
- Track placed in clearly incorrect playlists that do not match the genre
- Technical issues on our end preventing campaign delivery
What We Do Not Cover
- Dissatisfaction with stream counts; we do not guarantee specific numbers
- Refund requests made after 14 days from purchase
- Tracks removed from Spotify or made private after campaign launch
Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Right of Withdrawal: Online Withdrawal Function
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, you can declare your withdrawal electronically and as easily as you placed your order using our online withdrawal function:
