When you use Nils Music Lab, we may collect the following data:

• Spotify track information (track name, artist name, Spotify URL) — entered by you during the campaign setup
• Order data processed via Shopify (name, email, payment information)
• Technical data such as IP address and browser type via hosting infrastructure

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used solely to process your campaign order, communicate with you about your campaign, and fulfil our contractual obligations.

4. Third-Party Services

• Spotify API — used to retrieve public track information. No personal Spotify account data is accessed.
• Shopify — processes payments and stores order data. Shopify's privacy policy applies to payment processing.
• Vercel — hosts the website. Vercel may process technical access data.

5. Data Retention

Order data is retained for the duration required by German commercial and tax law (generally 10 years). Campaign-related data is deleted after the campaign ends unless required for legal purposes.
